Arrival Time Schedule to arrive at our starting hotel by 3:30 p.m. on Day 1. Welcome reception will start at 5:00 p.m.

Departure Time Schedule your flight home to depart after 3:00 p.m. on Day 8.

Airport-Hotel Shuttle Complimentary transfers are provided from the airport to hotel at the start of tour and from the train station to the airport on Day 8.

Vehicle Parking A fee of $25 Canadian per day is charged to park your vehicle at our starting hotel, though driving to tour is not recommended due to ending tour in Vancouver.

Walking Distance Moderate walking is required to enjoy this tour to its fullest.

Hotel Amenities Hair dryers, iron & ironing board, exercise room and swimming pool at all hotels.

Optional Excursions/Extensions

Additional Information Dress on tour is casual with one formal evening at Jasper Park Lodge. Sports coat (tie optional) for men and dress or Christmas apparel for women. No smoking allowed on the rail portion of the tour. Worship information available at hotel front desk. Train delays are common.

Further information is mailed upon receipt of your reservation. A total of three mailings are sent to assist you in preparing for your tour…Get Ready, Get Set and Go! Our “Get Ready” packet is sent confirming your reservation. Our “Get Set” packet provides further details approximately 90 days prior to departure with important details regarding making your travel arrangements. Finally, our “Go” packet arrives 2-3 weeks before departure containing all your final documents.
