What do I need to reserve my space? A $250 per person deposit by check or credit card is all it takes to reserve your tour. In most cases, final payment is not due until 60 days before departure. (Oberammergau’s Passion Play Tour requires a $500 per person deposit.)

Is airfare included in your tour price? In the United States and Canada, each traveler is responsible for their own transportation to our starting city. We try to utilize airport hotels that provide airport shuttle service. Tours outside of North America generally have air included from a US departure city. We also offer land-only international pricing for those who would like to make their own flight arrangements or utilize frequent flyer miles. Detailed directions for flying or driving to our starting city will be included with your Get Set Mailing. We also have a professional air department to assist those who wish to fly.

Can we drive to our starting city? When possible, we utilize starting hotels who offer complimentary parking for the duration of our tour. Some hotels will charge a daily fee, and in some cases an airport parking lot may be utilized, again with a daily fee. Detailed instructions, including driving directions and parking information, will be included with your Get Set Mailing.

How do I meet up with the tour group? You'll meet your Tour Director or Tour Representative and fellow travelers at our welcome reception at our first hotel.

How long have you been in business? We are celebrating our 38th year as a tour operator. We are part of the Reader’s Digest family of companies.

What quality of hotel accommodations do you use? We utilize hotels that have earned a three-/four-diamond rating by AAA whenever possible, and we personally inspect each and every hotel for comfort, safety, cleanliness and convenience.

Do you offer travel insurance? Yes, in fact we strongly recommend that you purchase our Travel Protection Program. Information will be mailed with your confirmation.

Do you accept credit cards? Yes, American travelers may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Canadian and International travelers may use only Visa and MasterCard.

What is the average age of your travelers? Adults of all ages enjoy our tours. Most of our travelers are 50 and older; however, we warmly welcome and host travelers of all ages. We do discourage children under 12 years of age as the education level and activities are geared toward adults.
